Flow cytometry, let’s decipher its mystery

tagged with fluorescent dyes

single cells flow in symmetry

passing through the laser light

cells scatter the light

forward and side

forward scatter depicts size

side scatter, granularity

enlightening us

with the

physical and chemical features of cells
