Now, we’re looking for a Program Manager who can turn ideas into action, and action into measurable impact.
What you’ll do:
📌 Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of high-impact youth programs
📌 Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and government stakeholders
📌 Manage timelines, budgets, teams, and reporting
📌 Develop visibility strategies to showcase 1M1B as a youth empowerment brand
📌 Stay on the pulse of emerging trends in skill development and innovation
Who we’re looking for:
✅ 2–3 years of experience in program management or youth development
✅ Background in public policy, social work, rural development—or fellowships in the social impact space
✅ Strong communication and leadership skills
✅ Passion for purpose, youth empowerment, and sustainable development
✅ Bonus: Knowledge of local language(s) and willingness to travel
📍 Location: Bengaluru or Delhi
