My research training set me up to be a critical thinker, giving attention to details, an approach to pursue any kind of problem with a problem solving attitude.

I am a trained chemist who switched into Biology for my PhD and Postdoc. For the love of science management I chose to work with the French Embassy in India as an in charge of scientific and educational cooperation between France and India- which includes universities, research institutes and companies.

I am employed as a Program Manager at C-CAMP. In addition to my studies, I have an avid enthusiasm for sports such as Cricket and Badminton. Furthermore, I relish visiting new destinations and enjoy travelling.

My background is in Biotechnology. I studied biotechnology, chemistry and botany for my undergrad and then for my masters I chose biotechnology. I started learning programming during my masters dissertation, which helped me change my fields from biotechnology to systems biology for my PhD.

My research training set me up to ask the right questions and be an out-of-the-box thinker.

Immunology to Advertising: My research training set me up to work with individuals from varied backgrounds to make healthcare more human.

My research training set me up to ask correct questions/set up hypotheses in research. While analyzing immune response to any infection or vaccine, asking correct questions and digging deep into the problem or observed response is utmost important.

My research training set me up to address important questions about the role of Epigenetic regulation in disease diagnosis, prognosis and drug development.

I combine regulatory affairs, knowledge of R&D and project management skills to devise timelines for regulatory submissions, manage cross functional team inputs, prioritize risks, and engage stakeholders.
