IEFR’s mission is to create a more diverse and inclusive scientific community by providing women scientists with the training and resources they need to succeed in translational research and entrepreneurship. IEFR’s programs are designed to help women scientists develop the skills they need to conduct cutting-edge research, lead teams, and start their own businesses.

Founder
Dr. Uday Saxena has a Ph.D. from Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada and a Post-Doctoral Fellowship from Columbia University in New York, US. He worked at Parke-Davis/ Pfizer, Michigan and AtheroGenics Inc., and also served as the Chief Scientific Officer of Dr Reddy’s Laboratories in US and India. Dr. Saxena co-founded ReaGene Biosciences and ReaGene Innovations with an aim to revolutionize drug discovery.

Its free of cost. Willingness to relocate to Bangalore for the duration of the internship required.
A Master’s degree in any biology discipline is required.
