Proactive and versatile professional working on Analytical based techniques, Mr. Saumitra Gajjar is a Research Associate(Process Analytics) R&D at Intas Pharmaceuticals Ltd (Bio-Pharma Division) also a PhD Scholar (Pursuing) from Nirma University. His research focuses on protein physico-chemical characterization and keen interest is in learning higher order structure techniques such as CD, FTIR, MASS etc.
Neha Sinha is a Biotechnology specialist who feels that diseases has muddled the globe, but Biology can regulate and solve it. She’ll be near a window aisle, reading books and sipping coffee. She also enjoys being in the laboratory on days when she isn’t having an existential crisis. She earned her master’s degrees in biotechnology and infectious biology from DPU in India and the University of Skövde in Sweden, respectively. Her goal as a research assistant at the University of Gothenburg is to comprehend the most complex disease Type 2 diabetes.
Megha is a science enthusiast. She has completed B.tech in Biotechnology from Banasthali Vidhyapith. She inclines towards a quote “never stops learning because life never stops teaching”. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music.

Surabhi Sonam is an Assistant Professor. Along with teaching and research, she has a very strong interest in science communication. She has written several poems and blogs to communicate scientific principles and concepts. She is also volunteering with several science communication platforms as a content contributor and content editor. Under her supervision, her students have launched a scicomm magazine, Scinion which represents science in verbal and visual forms.
Sejal Dixit is currently a 3rd-year student pursuing BSc triple majors in biotechnology, zoology, and chemistry from CHRIST (Deemed to be University). She loves to read, be it short stories, novels, magazines, or research articles. She is working with her college professor on a few papers, and wishes to pursue her master’s degree in stem cells and regenerative medicines. She has no problem socializing with new people and possesses leadership qualities. Her hobbies are dancing and traveling.

Kavita Rani Malik is an enthusiastic person with determination and consistency in her work. She has done a Ph.D. in Animal Biochemistry from ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute Karnal Haryana. Currently, she is waiting for her Ph.D. final defense and searching for jobs in the R & D sector in private or govt. organizations.
Oindrila Bhattacharjee has done her Masters in Biotechnology and is working as a Project Associate II in Dr.Srikala Raghavan’s Lab at inStem Bangalore following the submission of her Ph.D. thesis. Her Ph.D. was in the field of immunology and cell biology. She takes interest in reading, writing, and communicating science to a large audience. In her free time, she prefers to engage in dancing, writing, sketching and clicking photos.

She is a science enthusiast with an interest in science popularization.
Payal Kapoor is an Assistant Professor in the postgraduate department of biotechnology at the Khalsa College, Amritsar. She received her Ph.D. in molecular biology and biochemistry from GNDU Amritsar.

Explorer and curious learner, Anushka Dutta is a twenty-two-year-old currently pursuing her master’s in botany from Calcutta university. Apart from her interest in unraveling the secret of the plants, she has an aptitude for teaching. When she is not learning, she is usually found sharing her knowledge in different platforms using various mediums. She spends her time making videos and writing content explaining complicated concepts in layman terms. As a firm believer of the lines by Margaret Fuller “if you have knowledge, let others light their candles in it”, she engages in science communication and social interaction because she feels it is a powerful way to increase awareness and a perfect opportunity to influence the youth. An amateur illustrator, she practices digital illustrating in her free time in addition to reading non-fiction books and also loves traveling.
