🔬 About the Fellowship:
This highly competitive program recognizes outstanding scientists who are developing innovative solutions for major challenges in healthcare, agriculture, environment, and other life sciences-related fields.
📌 Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Indian Nationals residing in India, below 55 years (as of the closing date).
✅ PhD in Life Sciences, Agriculture, Veterinary Science OR Master’s degree in Medical Sciences, Engineering, or related areas.
✅ Must hold a regular/permanent position in a recognized institute/university.
✅ Should have spent at least 5 years in India before applying.
✅ Strong track record of research and commitment to innovation.
💰 Fellowship Benefits:
✔ ₹25,000 per month (in addition to regular salary).
✔ ₹10 lakh per annum as contingency grant for consumables, equipment, travel, manpower, etc.
✔ 10 Fellowships awarded each year.
