This initiative is designed to tackle pressing challenges in biomedical science and public health, helping outstanding researchers, clinicians, entrepreneurs, and innovators relocate to Indian institutions and establish sustainable “impact engines.”

Step 3: Prepare the Nomination Package
The application must include:
- Formal nomination letter (signed by institutional authority)
- Nominee’s CV
- Two recommendation letters
- 10-page research/innovation proposal
- Summary of research contributions
- Proof of qualifications, publications, or patents
