The EMBO Practical Course on Cryo-Electron Microscopy and 3D Image Processing (CEM3DIP) returns in 2026, bringing together leading international experts to train the next generation of structural and cell biologists.
This hands-on course is designed for participants interested in studying macromolecular structures in vitro and in situ using cryo-EM single particle reconstruction (SPR) and tomography.

Selection Criteria
Applicants will be evaluated on:
- Relevance of cryo-EM to their research project
- Prior experience with EM/cryo-EM/tomography
- Research aims described in submitted abstract
- Supervisor’s recommendation (for students/postdocs)
