📌 Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate degree in any discipline
- 8+ years of work in the development sector, preferably with marginalised communities
- Currently in or transitioning into a leadership role
- Consent and recommendation from current employer
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
