- Researchers from all countries except Germany
- With a strong academic reputation and global recognition
- From any STEM discipline
- Who demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion in STEM
- Wishing to collaborate with colleagues in Baden-Württemberg, Rhineland-Palatinate, or Thuringia
💶 Award Benefits
- €100,000 in award money
- Optional research stay of up to 12 months in Germany
- Additional €50,000 for research support, travel, equipment, junior researchers, or childcare

Nominations must be submitted via the Humboldt Research Award Programme. Direct self-nominations are not allowed.
